Mariah is a native of Syracuse, NY. She relocated to the Raleigh area as a young child in 2000 and now calls NC home. If you haven't guessed yet from the narrative, Mariah is Tracy's oldest daughter!
Much like her mom, she has loved babies from an early age and at 12yrs old became "mommy number 2" to her baby sister.
Mariah and her husband have 4 children. After becoming a mom herself, she became very passionate about the postpartum period and encouraging families during that precious time. She loves to support and educate on all things breastfeeding and pumping.
In her free time, which is few and far between with 3 littles, Mariah likes to read, get her nails or hair done, watch her son play soccer or dance and be silly with her daughters and spend time with her family.

ProDoula Postpartum Doula & Infant Care Specialist
Hi, I’m Haley! A certified postpartum doula & North Carolina native with a passion for supporting new parents during the transformative journey of early parenthood.
As a mother of two wonderful children, I know firsthand the joys and challenges that come with welcoming a baby. My own experience stepping into motherhood opened my eyes to how little support and education some families receive during this critical time. That realization inspired me to become a postpartum doula—so I could be a compassionate presence for new parents, offering guidance, reassurance, and hands-on care that helps them feel validated, rested, and confident. I am certified in postpartum and infant care through ProDoula, and I have a special love for educating families on breastfeeding. Whether it's providing practical support, sharing evidence-based knowledge, or simply being a listening ear, I am dedicated to making sure parents feel empowered and nurtured.
When I’m not working with families, I enjoy hiking, reading, and cooking elaborate meals from scratch. I would love to support you on your postpartum journey!
