Mariah is a proud Syracuse, NY native who has called North Carolina home since 2000. As Tracy’s oldest daughter, she grew up surrounded by babies, caregiving, and the heart of postpartum support. At just 12 years old, she stepped into the role of “mommy number two” to her baby sister — a moment that sparked a lifelong love for nurturing little ones.
Now a mother of four, Mariah’s passion for the postpartum period deepened after welcoming her first child nine years ago. She understands firsthand how transformative, tender, and overwhelming those early weeks can be. Her greatest joy is encouraging families through this precious season and offering compassionate, judgment‑free support.
Mariah has a special love for breastfeeding and pumping education, and she delights in helping parents feel confident, informed, and empowered in their feeding journey.
When she’s not supporting families, Mariah enjoys the small pockets of free time that life with four little ones allows. You’ll often find her reading, getting her nails or hair done, cheering on her son at sports, dancing and being silly with her daughters, or soaking up quality time with her husband and children.

Haley is a certified postpartum doula and North Carolina native with a heartfelt passion for supporting new parents through the transformative early weeks of parenthood. As a mother of two, she understands both the joy and the vulnerability that come with welcoming a new baby. Her own transition into motherhood revealed how little support many families receive during this tender time, inspiring her to pursue doula work so she could offer the compassionate care she once needed herself.
Haley is certified in postpartum and infant care through ProDoula and has a special love for educating families on breastfeeding. She is dedicated to providing evidence‑based guidance, hands‑on support, and a calm, reassuring presence that helps parents feel validated, rested, and confident. Whether she is offering practical help or simply listening with empathy, Haley’s goal is always to ensure families feel empowered and nurtured.
Outside of her work with families, Haley enjoys hiking, reading, and cooking elaborate meals from scratch. Her grounding hobbies help her bring warmth, steadiness, and wholehearted care to every family she serves.
