The holistic sleep coaching program is based around biologically normal infant sleep, responsive feeding, respectful parenting and evidence based developmentally appropriate support for families. We prioritize attachment, connection and responsiveness, as well as age appropriate and realistic expectations about sleep. We are passionate about an approach to sleep that promotes family centered care, which means understanding and respecting each family's unique needs & preferences and partnering with you every step of the way. Our aim is to promote calm, confident, connected parenting as well as infant and parental mental health.

When you have a minor sleep or infant care question and would prefer to not get lost in a google search with thousands of different answers, we can provide non-biased, evidence based information to ease your worries. Two back and forth emails for a small one-time fee.
When one email won't do but a full sleep plan or postpartum package might be more than you need, we offer a one-time fee ~ 45 minute phone consult. You can ask away your worries and concerns knowing you are receiving non-biased, evidence based information. If a referral is needed for a specific issue, we have a list of trusted local maternal/infant/child specialists.
